Our expertise in mold design and manufacturing provides greater flexibility in the post mold machining of parts. Secondary machining operations range from adding threads on valves to machining parts to tolerances of +/-.002". This added flexibility lends more control to the design process,inviting new opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiencies or solve a problem that a customer has with their current part.
As a value-added service, Automation Plastics provides sub-assembly of parts prior to shipment. This allows us to design and mold parts that satisfy our customers requirements and meet the demands of just-in-time delivery schedules.
