Insert Molding:

Insert molding is a solution for parts requiring plastic-to-metal or plastic-to-plastic components for mechanical reinforcement or electrical conductivity. Inserts are robotically or manually loaded into the mold and then over molded with plastic. This process eliminates costly secondary operations while improving part strength, consistency and quality.
