Automation Plastics Corporation has been a custom molder of thermoplastic injection molded parts since 1980. We specialize in high volume production of precision plastics including tight tolerance functional components and heavy wall parts for specialty fittings.

We have 80+ employees and utilize 3 shifts to operate 24/6 with the capability to run 24/7
We have 38 horizontal injection presses in operation that range from 7 to 550 tons and 1 Vertical injection molding press
For the past 10 years, we’ve placed an emphasis on new equipment, technology, and processes
For more than 25 years, we’ve been the leading producer of thick wall polyethylene components used for natural gas distribution systems
On the other end of the molding spectrum, we routinely operate fast cycle (less than 4 seconds), high cavitation (up to 128 cavities) molds for consumer packaging applications
